Four years since moving to Miyazaki
I took up in earnest the yoga I had practised as a hobby for 16 years
and in March 2020 gained Yoga Alliance RYT200, beginning to work as akanestyle yoga
◎Small-group yoga classes at my home salon
◎Two classes a week at CALDO Miyazaki (hot yoga)
◎Three classes a month for the South India Association
◎Private park yoga and beach yoga, held from time to time
◎Online lessons now running
