As a small child, I grew up watching my mother do yoga.
After some eight years of going to yoga lessons every day, one day I suddenly set out to become an instructor.

Is too much load falling on the places where injury comes easily; is the body lengthening as it should — using my own body, I guide you towards a way of moving that carries no strain.

Beautiful posture changes everyday life greatly, and it leads to living in health.
