Hello.

I live a slow, natural yoga life on the Gold Coast — in the southern hemisphere, in Australia — surrounded by beautiful beaches and vast nature. I'm Michiko, a mama yogi.

A viewpoint that can hold humour about life, respect for one's own originality, and a space where both heart and body feel free: these, I believe, are the blessings I receive from yoga.
