I'm Misako, a yoga instructor.

My relationship with yoga is only about five years old.

As I kept practising,

the condition of my heart and body came into order before my eyes,

and before I knew it I was captivated.

Everyone comes to yoga for their own reasons,

but doing yoga — taking a pose — is not the goal.

What I want is for you to receive, in abundance,

everything that comes through the practice.

To be able to take part in such a lovely project —

I'm grateful for this connection!
