In 2001, having lost the balance of heart and body, I began yoga and came to know its greatness for myself.
I moved to London in 2003, and from 2005 travelled to India, where my search into yoga began.
Since then I have gone to India every year to deepen my study — traditional yoga and philosophy, Indian classical music, tantra, chakra meditation.
I began teaching in 2007. In 2012–2013 I taught on a Yoga Alliance registered Hatha Yoga teacher training in India. Since then I have held my own RYT200 teacher training courses and yoga retreats in Japan. Fourteen years of teaching, fifteen years of travelling to India. Mother of one daughter.

Hello, everyone — it is a pleasure to meet you!
I'm Mitsue, studio director and yoga teacher, running a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school in Tokyo.
Since meeting yoga I have never stopped, keeping at it steadily — nearly twenty years now.
Thanks to yoga, I have come to accept myself as I am, and to love myself just as I am.
That greatness of yoga is what I want to share, together with as many of you as I can ☺️
