•Yoga Alliance RYT500, E-RYT200, YACEP

•Completed the Hatha Yoga teacher training course at a school accredited by the Government of India

•Completed the philosophy teacher training course at a school accredited by the Government of India

•Completed the philosophy and yoga therapy teacher training course at a school accredited by the Government of India

•FTP Pilates Basic Plus instructor

Sport was never my strong point as a child, but there was one thing that lasted — the yoga class I met in my student days.

The clear-headedness of everything falling into order through yoga; the sense of being reborn as another person between the beginning and the end of a lesson.

I was taken by a charm that no mere sport had, and from the smallest of chances I chose the path of passing yoga on.

Today, while continuing to learn each day, I help my students raise and rebalance body and mind through yoga and Pilates ^ ^

I aim for classes that give what I once felt as a student myself — that it was good to have come.
