Referred to as advice on diet and lifestyle habits aligned with an individual's Dosha, in conjunction with Yoga practice. Used to explain which asanas (poses) or Pranayama (breathing techniques) positively influence which Dosha. Instructors encourage adopting Ayurvedic wisdom for a more holistic approach to health.
